JOHN KINSNER

founder & owner

It was due to an early passion for making bootleg mix tapes for his friends and a love of the movies "Purple Rain" and "Moonwalker" that John was magnetically drawn towards entertainment. During high school, the Colorado Springs Broadmoor World Arena was built, it was there that he saw his first concert (Aerosmith) at age 15. It was also there that he worked his first gigs, as a catering assistant for "Lord of the Dance" and a "Runner" for "WWE" (Wrestling) in 1998. Unsurprisingly, he has been completely hooked ever since. Over the past 20 years, John has managed and produced Rock, R&B, Symphonic and Pop Concerts, Full Scale Tours, Galas, World Premieres, Album Recordings, Film Shoots, Red Carpets and Awards Shows. From working The Grammy's as a venue manager to touring with The Rolling Stones, no project or event is too small. John has designed new stages and shows with Disney and even made it all the way to the Super Bowl! John's experiences in live entertainment and events are vast and diverse, as is his skill-set. Through Black Ink, John continues to pursue his passion for creating unparalleled events and guest experiences through music, events, media, art and sensory expression.

MIKE KASPER

Mike has carved a career from always being willing to take on a demanding task, forging his skill set over the last 15 years in the concert/event industries. He has worked for and with some of entertainments biggest names as well as international corporate clients. Always ready for the next challenge, Mike is determined to make sure every component of an event is executed perfectly.

ALEK DEVA

operations director

Alek has honed his wide-ranging skill set over the past 10 years working in the arts and entertainment industries. He has produced theatrical events, designed video, sound, and lights for plays and dance performances, installed state-of-the-art technical systems for both new and existing venues, and directed a world premiere modern dance piece. His passion for live events is matched only by his love of terrible puns.

Selena moshell

operations manager

Selena Moshell has been performing and working in live events since the age of nine when she performed in her first Equity production of "South Pacific." Since then, she has performed as a dancer and aerialist around the country with companies such as Walt Disney World, Royal Caribbean, the Orlando City Ballet, and toured the country as a dancer with the National Tour of the Lion King for over eight years. She is also a filmmaker who has created commercials, music videos, short films, and a feature length documentary for Disney Theatricals. Her film craft is firmly grounded in her background as a professional dancer and photographer, which is apparent with her use of musicality, light and movement in her films.
